The vision of benchmark-it.co.uk is:

"To become the leading provider of low-cost, high value-added sector news analysis and benchmarking focused on the European/Global markets."

In telecoms, the initial product set will consist of 2 newsletters (benchmark-it news) which focus on two groups of customer segments: SME/SoHo (Small & Medium-sized Enterprises and Small office, Home office) and Corporate/MNC (Multi-National Corporation).

These will be published on a regular basis and provide the following benefits:

An additional option is available (benchmark-it interactive) where customers receive a half hour of consulting (by phone or e-mail) with each issue which offers them the chance to understand implications of market developments in a context specific to their organisation or explore ideas in greater depth.

Pricing for these newsletters is dependent on the number of users:

Discounts are available to customers taking both newsletters as some news covered will be common to both (although analysed from the perspective of the different customer segments).

benchmark-it.co.uk also plans regular analyses of the performance of significant telecoms players relative to their promises and one another, picking out the winners and losers from a market perspective.

In addition, benchmark-it.co.uk will consider bespoke projects of market, competitor and strategy analysis on an ad hoc basis, but this will always be subject to time being available in addition to servicing customers of the above products.
